Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rexlora at https://rexlora.com and related apps (the "Service"). By registering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use Rexlora on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Rexlora provides access to multiple AI models and tools for chat, document handling, data analysis, image generation, exports, and related features. Availability of specific models may change without notice.

Rexlora is an independent platform. We are not OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other model provider. Their trademarks belong to their owners.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, legal, or business reasons. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes when we can.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter a contract.

One person should not maintain multiple accounts to abuse promotions (such as repeated welcome credits). We may suspend or merge abusive accounts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security or legal risk.

Credits and payments

Rexlora uses prepaid credits. Prices for credit packs are shown at checkout in Nigerian naira or US dollars. Payment is processed by Paystack and/or Flutterwave.

Credits are consumed when you use AI features, exports, and other metered actions. Different models use credits at different rates.

Purchased credits generally do not expire unless stated otherwise at purchase. Promotional or bonus credits may have separate rules shown when granted.

Except where the law requires a refund (for example, certain consumer protection rules), credit purchases are final once credits are delivered to your account. If a payment succeeded but credits were not applied, contact us with your receipt and we will fix it.

We may change pack prices or credit rates for future purchases. Changes do not retroactively affect credits already in your wallet.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break any law or infringe others' rights (including copyright, privacy, and harassment).
• Generate or distribute illegal content, malware, spam, or content that exploits minors.
• Attempt to bypass credit metering, security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Service except through documented APIs we provide.
• Use the Service to provide competing AI hosting without our written permission.
• Submit sensitive personal data you are not authorized to share (such as others' financial or health records) without understanding the risks of sending it to AI providers.

Your content and AI output

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and transmit it as needed to operate the Service, including sending it to AI providers at your direction.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You must review outputs before relying on them for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

You are responsible for how you use outputs and for complying with laws that apply to your use case.

Our intellectual property

Rexlora's name, logo, software, and design are protected. You may not copy or misuse our branding except as allowed by these Terms.

Organizations and teams

If you join or create an organization, administrators may allocate credits, view usage tied to the organization, and manage members according to organization settings. Organization admins are responsible for their members' compliance with these Terms.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free AI responses, or that any model will remain available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rexlora and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100), except where the law does not allow such limits.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Rexlora from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes should first be raised with us at contactus@rexlora.com. Where courts have jurisdiction, you agree to the courts of Nigeria unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date means you accept the new Terms. If you disagree, stop using the Service and close your account.
